• Contact directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
• Respond promptly to customer non-sales inquiries
• Handle and resolve customer complaints in a proactive manner
• Keep records of customer interactions
• Record details of inquiries, incidents, comments and complaints
• Prepare and distribute periodical customer service reports
• Maintain customer databases and relationships
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
• Follow up on customer interactions
• Conduct survey on quality of services internally and externally
• Provide feedback to related parties on the efficiency of the process and services provided
