LOKROU Organization is a non-governmental organization established in October 2009.  With the registration with The National Bank of Cambodia, we offer credit service to low and medium household in Phnom Penh area. Now we are looking for more Credit officers to join our team.

• Bachelor Degree or year 4th university student in Finance and Banking, Marketing, or Economics
• Previous experience in the related field is an advantage
• Good interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently
• Hardworking, strong commitment and self-motivated person
• Willing to learn new things and quick learner
• Attention to details and simplicity

• Promote the LOKROU’s products and services and look for new clients in Phnom Penh area.
• Conduct loan assessment when receiving loan application from clients following the procedures and Instruction of LOKROU ORGANIZATION.
• Prepare loan application and submit to Credit Supervisor for validation and approval
• Make daily collection of client’s repayment when occur
• Check client over the loan utilization and take immediate action when there is any occurrence of loan past due and report to Credit Supervisor for information and support.
• Build networking with local authorities such as Chief of Village, Chief of Commune, Chief of Police.
• Motivate and promote membership expansion and build client loyalty.
