Job Requirement :

• To succeed at this job, you must have: Strong analytical, organizational, credit rating and risk knowledge,, Strong Customer Service and time management skills
• You must be fluent in Khmer and English.
• We would like someone to join our team who is a good communicator, both oral and written, plus provides exceptional customer service with a positive attitude.
• You must have a Bachelor’s Degree in the field of Business/Finance, Economics, successful 3 years’ of experience as Credit Control Supervisor, and must know the local laws governing the credit control..

Job Duties :

• Responsible and accountable for the execution of the credit policies and procedure
• Analyze and evaluate new and existing customers about payment practices, financial situation, business and any other issues that impact to customer's payment
• Monitor customer's credit limits and establish/update internal and external credit limits under credit policy and procedure
• Provide financial rating data or define credit limit of each customers to the frontline team, Retail team, corporate and SME sales team
• Monitor and re-evaluate credit limits and warranty of existing customers
• Establish the SLA with the frontline teams on customer assessments and ratings.
• Prepare monthly credit rating reports and related financial ratios. Coordinate closely with Finance and account managed teams (typically corporate customers) in providing all month-end reports for submission to the Management Team.
• Maintain detailed records of all communications and activities with frontline teams and customers. Lead staff to document all credit review efforts in CRM and save in share drive.
• Provide weekly report to Management and regular updates of overall credit rating and risks.
• Perform other tasks required by manager.
