Cambodia Advance Communications Ltd or “CADCOMMS” aims to be one of the leading telecommunication services providers in Cambodia. The company was granted its telecommunications license in 2006 and launched its services in March 2008. CADCOMMS operates a 3.75G mobile telephony service using the ‘qb’ brand under a concession granted by the Ministry of Post and Telecommunication of Cambodia (MPTC).

We are serving both the corporate and consumer markets and our goal is to be the most advanced and recognized mobile phone service provider in Cambodia. To achieve this we have formed solid partnerships with other local and international companies. Furthermore, to support our customers, we have a customer service centre in Phnom Penh and many more are planned in other cities in Cambodia to ensure our customers have easy access to, and support from our highly skilled service staff at any time.

We are currently looking for dynamic individuals to fill the positions below:

Credit Control Accountant

Job Requirement :
  • At Least Graduate.
  • At least one year of experience in the similar position.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel required)
  • Must have knowledge of billing and financial concepts
  • Works well in an environment with firm deadlines; results oriented
  • Perform multiple tasks effectively
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical skills required
  • Good oral, written and interpersonal communications skill
  • Able to work at the weekend.
Job Duties :
  • Review the company credit control procedure and develop and implement enhancements where required.
  • To manage the outstanding post-paid subscriber balances falling due and contact customers before the balances become overdue.
  • Monitor credit limits of customers.
  • Reconciliation of Vendor payments.
  • Reconciliation of interconnect reports and payments.
  • Reconciliation of stock sales and revenues.
  • Verification of voice calls charges, Verification of sms /mms charges.
  • Verification of credit complains directly send to billing by customer care.
  • Verification of all VAS services.
  • Documentation.
  • Other Tasks assigned by Line Manager
