- Credit Assessment Manager (01 position)

• Tertiary qualifications in a business or related discipline
• 2-4 years experience in Compensation & Benefits in a large organization
• Credit background and experience in handling approvals of secured and unsecured lending
• Experience in leading a large team of processing staff as well as managing business spruces outsourcing vendors.
• Passion for quality and continuous improvement (Lean Six Sigma Knowledge preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
• Knowledge of secured and unsecured lending processes, policies and regulatory guidelines
• Strong customer focus

• Manage and provide leadership to team of credit processing staff responsible for pre-screening, data capture and credit approvals. Ensure acquired customers aligned to ANZ risk appetite and business strategy.
• Facilitate growth of Business lending through underwriting of secured and unsecured lending loans from high quality customers in the emerging affluent and affluent segments
• Process higher CADs sign offs
• Exercise thorough credit worthiness assessment and sound decision making utilising CAD based on Credit Risk Policy
• Provide input into credit reviews and policy changes and credit improvement processes
• Deliver high customer service levels through quick turn around times
• Ensure all services delivered comply with ANZ policies, processes and standards and within legal and regulatory requirements
• Support projects to improve processes and systems
• Contribute to the leadership of Retail and Wealth  Operations and the development of a diverse talent pool
• Motivate, coach and provide guidance to the team
• Maintain a good working relationship with team members and other stakeholders
