Finet Center, Phnom Penh is an affiliate of Finet Associates Snd. Bhd., Malaysia. Finet Center has been established to participate in human capital development in Cambodia through training and skills development and job placement activities.
The initial activities of Finet Center are in fields of finance and language skills development which are deemed critical for economic growth and career advancement of Cambodia people. Finet center believes further foreign investments will arrive at Cambodia and it is important that financial and foreign language skills are readily available to support expanding investment and trade activities.

We are pleased to announce that Finet Center will be conducting a work - based CERTIFICATE IN BOOKKEEPING AND ACCOUNTING a special three - month intensive work - based course in CREDIT AND LENDING which has been designed to prepare the trainee for employment in the banking, financial services industry, administration and commerce in Cambodia.
+ CERTIFICATE IN BOOKKEEPING AND ACCOUNTING:
Students completing this Finet Certificate will be offered suitable employment and pursue the qualifications of the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI) in Accounting and Finance.
This opportunity is now open to all school leavers and university graduates of any disciplines of studies. An interested person shall submit an application and will be selected on the basis of the potential to complete the 3 - month program.
The work based program in Bookkeeping and Accounting covers three parts –
A. 12 - week study with an examination by Finet Center
B. Online learning support
C. Work internship for 2 months (where available)
All study content will be driven towards the LCCI examination standards and all applicants are required to undertake the FiNET examinations.
Upon successful completion, the trainee will be offered employment as a junior bookkeeper or accounting staff positions with various organizations. Those trainees who successfully complete the LCCI examination in accounting will be offered job opportunities in Singapore and the region. All trainees in the program will be registered in the Finet Employment Register.
+ CREDIT AND LENDING
The completion of the program will give the successful trainee an opportunity to obtain employment at a bank or a microfinance institution. The possession of this Certificate in Credit and Lending becomes a competitive advantage during the interview and selection for employment.
The work based program in Credit and Lending covers two parts –
A. 12-week study with an examination by FiNET Center
B. Online learning support on credit and lending
All study content will be driven towards the work based standards and all applicants are required to undertake the FiNET examinations and skills assessment.
The program will develop work based skills in basic credit assessment and lending practices that banks and financial institutions require for their daily operations.
Upon successful completion, the trainee will be registered in the Finet Employment Register and arrangements will be made by Finet for job interviews and trial employment opportunities with selected financial institutions. However FiNET Center does not guarantee or any way confirm employment opportunities for participants of this program.
