Job Requirement :
  •  Bachelor’s degree (Graduated/under graduated)
  •  Good computer and communication skills
  •  Good Khmer and English both spoken and written.

Working time:

  •  Shift A: 6:00am-14:00pm
  •  Shift A2: 9:00am-14:00pm (part time)
  •  Shift B: 14:00pm-22:00pm
  •  Shift B1:15:00pm-23:00pm
  •  Shift B2:18:00pm-23:00pm (part time)

Working Conditions 

  •  Working day is six days per week
  •  One day off per week is rotated
  •  Required to work on public holiday with holiday bonus
  • *** If once candidate is selected, she/he is required to joint training from 8:00am-17:00pm for the first working week.
Job Duties :
  •  Answer call professionally and follow up subscriber complaint
  •  Respond to customer inquiries
  •  Handle and resolve customer complaints
  •  Provide customers with product and service information
  •  Identify and escalate priority issues and route calls to appropriate sources
  •  Complete a required report in system/send to Team - Leader/Supervisor.
