Bachelor Degree in Engineering is desirable
-
At least 10 Year experience as a Project Manager in the Construction Company
-
At least 5 Years experience for Manager in the Developer
-
Strong technical Project Management background in managing construction project of multi-use projects
-
Be willing to be stationed in Phnom Penh, Cambodia
-
Either Expat or Local staff is acceptable.

Job Duties :
|
|
|

Salary: 1,250 USD + Allowance
-
Review and check the contractor's submittal including letter, material approval request, method statement approval request, and shop drawing approval request.
-
Controlling and Managing project schedule as responsible section for the project. (All the stage mentioned here means the period from Tender, Design stage for master planning to completion of construction for the project and for execution of Defect Liability Period).

Responsible for instructing / solving all the technical related issue including relevant documentation.

Carry out site inspection and record. In case the defect will be appeared, necessary instruction to contractor shall be done by construction Manager.

Coordinate with Design and Commercial Section.

Managing / Controlling entire site works including MEP.
-
Responsible for keeping and filling of any site and contractor related documented for the project. Responsible for master filling of project.

Execution of weekly report to project Engineering and Project Director using company EPM system.
-
Any other tasks assigned by Project Director and Project Engineering Director.
