•  Minimum of 2 years’ experience 
•  Bachelor Degree of Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineer or related disciplines
•  Good command of both spoken and written English and Khmer
•  Proficiency in MS Office applications
•  Immediately available is highly preferred

• Concrete produced in accordance with company Qualication System guideline
• Concrete produced in strict accordance with approved / specified mix designs. including meeting customer mix requirements
• Timely liason with the Technical Manager for clarification regarding variations to mix designs
• Effective management of the docketing associated with each order
• Materials inspections, tesks and checks are completed
• Responsible for production and concrete delivery
• Daily concrete booking
• Check on the readiness of machines in prior to real time operation
• Receive and check order to cement and fly ask
• Check on the number of trucks and quantity of raw materials to be available for the dialy production
• Document provide such as 
• Check daily production activity
• Prepare concrete load report to supervisor
• Check and receive cement and fly ash
• Booking record
• Daily production volume summary to plant supervisor
• Responsible for quantity control and also concrete slump quality
• Factory cleaning support
• Daily docket collection
• Other assignements from superior
