•  To ensure that the services offered in the Front Office Manual, are to the standard expected and required of the hotel.
•  To liaise with all Departments with regard to the daily activities in the hotel.
•  To liaise closely with Reception, Reservation and Cashier to ensure the efficient and courteous handling of all guest arrivals and departures.
•  To action all reasonable requests made by hotel guests and visitors to the hotel.
•  To handle all outside deliveries for guests.
•  To be responsible for efficient paging in the lobby.
•  To supervise the luggage service to ensure a smooth and efficient operation and minimum delay and damage.
•  To ensure that the lobby Function Information Board is up to date at all times.
