GL Finance Plc. (GLF) began its commercial activities in Cambodia in May 2012, being the first step of the regional expansion plan. GLF is the first financial company for motorcycle and agricultural machinery licensed by the National Bank of Cambodia.

GLF has teamed up with Honda NCX to provide financial services to all local Honda customers. Based on this partnership, GLF can support the purchase of brand­new motorcycles from its commercial desk in each official Honda retailer. With presence in 150 outlets, covering of the countries’ provinces, GLF will soon expand to the rest of the country. 

•  At least bachelor degree majoring in law or other related fields.
•  Good understanding of Cambodian Law.
•  Good command of English: speaking, writhing and listening.
•  Computer knowledge: Ms. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & Internet.
•  Be honest, team work and good communication skill.
•  Good command in negotiation.
•  Accuracy and attention to detail.
•  Report writing skills.

•  Provide administrative and technical support to Legal and Compliance Manager and/or Deputy Legal Manager and/or Legal Supervisor.
•  Participates in conducting of Legal Compliance task all areas where it has been indicated and assigned by Legal and Compliance Manager and/or Deputy Legal Manager and/or Legal Supervisor; 
•  Liaise with government officers of various ministries such as National Bank of Cambodia, General Department of Taxation, Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Economics and Finance, Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training.
•  Provide immediate recommendations on deficiencies/ non-compliances of operational to Legal and Compliance Manager and/or Deputy Legal Manager;
•  Liaise with governance officer and regulator on corporate tasks of the company;
•  Review all policy and procedure of the Company and ensure that all policy and procedure are comply with the applicable laws Cambodia;
•  Performs investigation when there is some misconduct or breach of policies and procedures;
•  Provide the legal consultant and legal advice as assigned by Legal and Compliance Manager and/or Deputy Legal Manager and/or Legal Supervisor;
•  Perform any other related duties as required.
