• Bachelor Degree in Business, Law or Banking is an advantage.
• Good writing and communication skills, both in English and Khmer.
• Minimum 2 years of full time as bank compliance officer or audit experience.
• Considerable knowledge of banking policies, procedures, laws and regulations including AML/CFT.
• Good organizational, planning and problem solving skills, pro-activity.
• Skills in working with work processing, spreadsheets and other business software to prepare reports, memos, summaries and analyses.
• Be able to establish and maintain harmonious working relationship with co-workers, external auditors and regulators.
• Strong ability to work independently and under tight deadlines.

• Assist Executive Committee to monitor on action point to fulfill the gap.
• Collect all new regulations changed and updated the register
• Check and verify on prudential ratio calculation and ensure all prudential ratios are fully complied.
• Monitor Anti-Money Laundering/Combating Financing. Terrorism (AML/CFT) programs.
