-
With at least 3-year work experience in the areas of Social Compliance/ Corporate Social Responsibility Audit, HR/Admin or Legal Consultancy.
-
Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Law or English
-
Working knowledge of MS Office applications;
-
With knowledge of Cambodian Labor Law, other local relevant laws and regulations
-
Good command of spoken and written English
-
Able to work as team, site work under time constraints or conditions of high pressure
-
With ability to work independently
-
Patient, honest, good attitude, and good time management
-
With sound judgment with high sense of ethnics
-
Good interpersonal communication skills
-
Able to perform multi audit programs and details oriented

Job Duties :
|
|
|
-
TQP (Trim supplier Qualification Program)
-
Assess compliance implementation of factories
-
Interview people (management, staff and workers)
-
Assess health and safety structures in workplace and dormitory or else
-
Review documentations, labor contracts, records of attendance & payroll, training records and other legal documents
-
Complete certain audit checklist and questionnaires
-
Summarize audit results on corrective action plan papers
-
Make audit reports with quality of client’s requirements and send audit reports to client within an agreed turnaround time
-
Update audit guidelines or work instruction of each audit program
-
Keep audit documents on file
-
Assist in audit business promotions to local clients
-
Other assigned task by Audit Manager
