Job Requirement :
  • At least Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • 1-3 years experience in field of learning and development, or employee relations 
  • General understanding of HR Management and Development concepts 
  • High level of multi-tasking and organizational skills is needed
  • Pro-active and can put ideas together in a creative and professional manner
  • Ability to gather input and feedback from various stakeholders to assess the viability, interest in and impact of potential programs
  • Good command of English
  • Good communications & interpersonal skills,
  • Computer literate: Microsoft Office
  • Project management skills
  • Team player.
Job Duties :
  • Learning & Development: 
  •  Assist in Competency Mapping Project in order to map out the core competencies required in Smart Employees both irrespective and respective to their specific Functions/roles
  •  Help facilitating Learning & Development Plan for the Company as broken down to different Divisions and Departments where Individual Development Plans are aligned to
  •  Manage Training Operations and Administration
  •  Own the tracking of Training Calendar as approved for the year
  •  Assist in controlling the Training Budget
  •  Seeking suppliers for external trainers/or enlisting local employees for in-house learning sessions to organizing the training event itself 
  •  Following up with the post-training action items to ensure effectiveness of Trainings
  •  Assist in Competency Assessment practices to gauge competency gaps from individual to organizational level
  •  Help create initiatives to create learning environments outside of training
  • Talent Management:
  •  Assist in execution of existing Talent Development Programmes (OADP, GADP)
  •  Assist in the design and execution of new talent development programs for the long-term talent pipeline
  •  Assist in regular Talent Review processes (e.g. Succession Planning, Career Planning inputs, Hi-Potential Assessment, etc.)
  • Employee Engagement & Organizational Culture:
  •  Assist in Engagement activities spearheaded by the Talent & Organizational Development Team
  •  Facilitate Change Management Initiatives for People Transformation
  •  Create materials and different communication tools to enhance employee engagement and information sharing.
