Chip Mong Group Ltd is a sizable conglomerate engaging in a diverse interests of business ranging from property development, beverage, manufacturing & distribution of building materials including concrete, cement, steel, and FMCG, etc. in Cambodia.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or other related field
• At least 2 years’ experiences in HR & Admin or a related area
• Knowledge of Cambodian labor law
• Knowledge of Personnel system controlling 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Application and SAP system is added advantage
• Excellent communication both spoken and written in Khmer and English
• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills
• Good at communication presentation skills, especially report

• Maintain and record personnel information in SAP system
• Maintain and update employee personal files
• Respond all allowance and benefits claim transaction for all employee, make sure it is applied to company policy and procedure
• Partner with stakeholder to ensure all payroll is proceeded accurately in timely manner
• Do filling and other HR formal letters with well-organized code number-series
• Prepare monthly report to management and other as required
• Perform other duties as assigned
