Job Requirement :
  •  Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any related fields
  •  At least 3 years’ experience in the same position
  •  Good management and leadership skills
  •  People management skills
  •  Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  •  Good team-building skills
  •  Good negotiating skills
  •  Good organizing skills
  •  Ability to deal with different people in a professional manner
  •  Ability to work with others and maintain good relationship 
  •  Ability to manage multi tasks with effective and efficient results
  •  Good command of English language

Job Duties :
  •  Develop compensation & benefits policies and ensure that they are successfully implemented and followed.
  •  Develop and implement reward policies and procedures which ensure that the company is able to attract and retain the required number of staff with the appropriate skills and experience to be able to achieve its business objectives.
  •  Advise managers and staff on all reward issues.
  •  Assist in negotiations with staff on all reward and related issues to ensure that the full implications of reward policies are taken into account.
  •  Carry out reward issues to ensure that the company is applying policies that are in line with market practice.
  •  Regularly review reward policies and practices to ensure that they are in line with market practice and meet their objectives.
  •  Monitor all systems and processes for maintaining internal relativities, such as a job evaluation scheme, to ensure these are operating effectively.
  •  Maintain comprehensive salary and reward data to ensure that decisions are made in the light of the best possible information. 
  •  Be in charge of the implementation of HR systems including Personnel Administrations, Payroll and other reports needed.
  •  Manage the accurate and timely payment of all staff salaries and expenses, making the appropriate statutory deductions.
  •  Provide any required advice and guidance on payroll matters to managers and staff.
  •  Oversee all administrative tasks to ensure smooth operation. 
  •  Do other tasks assigned by the direct manager.
