Now its operation is mainly conducted in Phnom Penh City, Kandal, Takeo, Pursat, Prey Veng, Kompong Speu, Kampong Cham, Battambang and we are going to expand our operation to all the 24 provinces in Cambodia.

Ly Hour is currently looking for a dynamic, energetic, committed and experienced candidate to fill in the vacancy below:

Position: Compensation & Benefit Unit Manager (1post)
Deadline: 12-December-2014
Location: Head Office (Phnom Penh)

• Hold Bachelor majoring in management, business administration, or other related fields
• Have at least 2-year experience in recruitment and compensation with other MFIs or related fields
• Have good inter personal skill, proactive, and problem solving
• Be honest, high commitment, and flexible
• Be good at both speaking and writing English
• Be willing to travel to fields or branch networks at rural areas when required

• Work with manager and other relevant parties to update and develop HR policies
• Check monthly payroll, gasoline, phone allowance, final payment and other compensation and benefit to staffs
• Make sure that correctly monthly report before sending out to related departments
• HR survey of compensation and benefit to stay in competitive market
• Prepare annual budget for HR department
• Deal with Ministry of labor and other legal entities to comply with the Cambodian Labor Law
• Coordinate with line manager to conduct staff engagement meeting quarterly at each branch
• Make sure that KPI will be implemented properly
• Develop and update HR policies
• Consolidate feedback from staffs and solve problems if any
• Make sure all the staffs relevant to cash management are guaranteed with supporting documents
