• Bachelor in business or economics or equivalent
• Two-year experiences in sale, marketing
• Good command in English
• Ability to deal with difficult situation
• Good computer skills
• Good communication skills
• Honest and neutrality in work
• Can drive Motorbike
• Frequently travels to province to support branch

• Coordinate Community Bank loan product with all Branchesand ensure that all Group Loan Office implementations are full compliance of CB Loan Policies and Guidelines
• Go to field to coach and help Group Loan Officer to sell the CB Loan product at the market
• Monitor and follow up Group Loan Officer productivities and Loan quality
• Coordinate and improve relationship between all partners and KREDIT to work smoothly
• Report the challengesboth Community Bank Loan Product and partnerships to Head of Credit
• Study about the progress of competitors and make change to the lending methodology if need to compete at the market
• Make sure related Branches Manager work closely with partners
• Track monthly report on Community Bank Loan product and Partnership Productivities, Portfolio at risk, performance by branch and Group Loan Officer, and take action if branch has low productivities or high portfolio at risk
• Initiative on the group loan methodology and procedure to minimize risk and enable to compete in market
• Observe and monitor of any sign of risk and alert to Credit Committee in order to help the committee decision to growth or slowdown
