Chip Mong Group Ltd is engaged in a portfolio of diversified businesses from the supply of building materials to the manufacturing and distribution of consumer and beverage products in Cambodia.

Job Requirement :
  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing
  • At least 3-5 year experience in sales and marketing, including business planning and analysis, and brand building, preferably from Development Sector.
  • Have keen analytical mind and entrepreneurship skill, able to focus on core issues and develop sales strategies
  • Knowledge and understanding of the industry, competitor movements, and customers’ value chain and business practices to exploit all available business opportunities
  • Skill in examining and reengineering operations and procedures, formulating policy, and impacts, and/or projections
  • Excellent communicator who can handle difficult business situations well, and represent the sales organization both inside and outside the organization in a professional and ethical manner.
  • Ability to demonstrate energy, sense of urgency, focus and follow through that deliver high quality results
  • Skillful Microsoft office suite application.
  • Good in both written and spoken English and Khmer, knowledge of other Asian languages is an add advantage

Job Duties :
  • To lead the sales team to perform day-to-day operations and sales launch of premium residential properties.
  • Plan & formulate sales strategies to achieve the pre-set sales targets
  • Plan, Organize, Control and evaluate sale promotion activities.
  • Manage and lead a sale force, Provide guidelines and problem solving to ensure the sale teams are fully motivated and achieve the expected performance.
  • Keep abreast and update record of market information and trends, advise on pricing strategies
  • Responsible for management and operations of sales office, sales operations budget and manpower planning
  • Do market research about our competitors and prepare tabulation within Phnom Penh and surrounding areas.
  • Provide training to team members to ensure best sales / performance
  • Ensure the provision of good pre-sales and post-sales service
  • Be able to evaluate the staff annual performance
  • Perform other duties as assigned from management of the Company.
