•  Bachelor degree in Marketing/Management or related skill.
•  At least 3-year work experience in MFI or Banking
•  Good communication and interpersonal skill
•  Confident, Flexible and Creative
•  Good in English communication
•  Be able to work under pressure with high sense of confidentiality
•  Should be a self-starter with a track record of meeting and exceeding aggressive sales targets.

Benefit:

•  Salary (600~800 USD)
•  Work from Monday to Saturday (Work Only 5 days per week, basic holiday is Sunday and one more day is rotation)
•  Gasoline allowance 30$ per month, motor parking provides by company
•  Bonus depend on company policy

•  Customer visiting and investigation in order to analyze customer’s business for approval loan, financial factors and source of repayment.
•  Prepare credit investigation report to management
•  Cooperate with sales team to communicate credit decisions and ensure timely review credit of new customers.
•  keeping and maintaining the customer relationship.
•  Make sure that collection problem cases such as delayed payment, partial payment, bounced checkup installment, old debt, or legal issues are closely followed.
•  Make plan and strategy for reducing overdue customer
•  Report current and trend of economic situation, industry and debt market
•  Prepare monthly report to management 
•  Other duties assigned by management
