• Able to be patient and kind in the learning process
• English proficiency and Ms. Office skills
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal

• Knowledge on green bean roasting 
• Clean up and maintain every roasting was process by standard
• Recognize each roast profile after roasting
• Scale green bean of Kgs and calculate before roast 
• Ensure quality of green bean roasted is very good, quality and roasting on time for customer order.
