• A university degree is preferred
• Good command of written and spoken English (IELTS 5.5 overall band score is preferred)
• Experience in customer service and administrative work is preferred
• Good interpersonal, communication skills and team work
• Flexibility (e.g. adjusting to changing circumstances and working on a variety of tasks)
• Demonstrated enthusiasm for learning/professional development

• Sell IDP/ACE products and promote the growth of enrollment through various task assigned by immediate supervisor
• Deal with general inquiries for all IDP services before channeling potential leads to the relevant departments
• Politely and comprehensively provide information to all clients on ACE programs, study times, costs and all other services
• Promptly respond to visitors, telephone calls or e-mails inquiring about IDP/ACE programs etc
• Act as a point of contact for students’ feedback and refer them to relevant persons
• Other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor
