• An internationally recognized teaching certificate
• Native speaker proficiency in Chinese language (written and oral)
• Superior English speaking, writing, reading, and listening abilities
• At least two years of teaching experience
• Skills in student centered teaching
• Long-term commitment
• High intercultural sensibility
• Knowledge about curriculum development
• Experience in working in an international school environment
• Self-initiative, positive work attitude, team spirit and passion for education

• To deliver engaging and motivating lessons to students of different nationalities
• To create schemes of work and produce quality resources
• To use ICT and other learning technology when planning and implementing the lessons
• To advise and assist in curriculum development
• To monitor and report student progress
• To engage constantly parents in their child’s education
• To take active part in the on-going school improvement process
• To promote safety, well-being, and continual growth and development of all students
