Sahakuk Kakekor Yueng (SKY) established on 14th Jan 2004 and recognized by MoI on 2004 and register with NBC on 15th July 2014 with # 1067, it objective to improving life condition and   livelihood of people in Cambodia by provide group & individual loan, now, and we are seeking a best, qualified, National applicant to fill in a position as following:

Position Chief of Credit officer 01 position 
Report to  Director 
Benefit Salaries 280-300$ per month including 2 times bonuses per year, phone card, motorcycle’s fuel, maintenance & incentive, insurance. 
Location Head Office of Kampong Cham province 

• Bachelor degree of business administration in accounting, banking or finance , management or MBA
• Previous financial management, accounting and auditing experience ideally gained with a non-governmental or private sector, Banking.
• Good spoken and written English language skills
• Computer literate ideally in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, internet/email
• Knowledge of Quicken accounting software package
• At least two year experiences related field and or management staff and especially experiences working with MFI/Banking

• To insource Loan safety
  • Conducting loan assessment with client and
  • Loan analysis and follow-up.
  • Meeting with local authorities and other people to asking regard on SKY client planned loan.
  • List of client who late and counselling and including problem analysis.
  • Staff follow-up and time management.
  • Working with finance, Marketing manager /officer and Loan analysis manager for problem showing and.
  • Organising Staff month/weekly sharing lesson learn and or -problem showing meeting and reporting to Director.
  • Working by promoting and follow SKY policies.
  • Developing monthly work plan and business plan sent to director

• Networking
  • Work with local authorities and communities with promoting SKY product
    Build network with other Bank, MFI and other micro-finance discussion and sharing lesson learn.

• Administration and management

• • Developing weekly/monthly work plan and report to manager
  • Management client data and filling.
