• Graduated degree from any related field
• 2 years of experience for import or export in logistics/Freight Forwarding field
• Graduated a bachelor degree
• Language: Chinese and English for communication
• Computer literacy – Word, Excel, Email….etc

• Handle and prepare shipping documents for import/export shipments (FCL, LCL, Air) for customs clearance process.
• Respond and follow up emails with agent and customers.
• Update and follow up import/export shipments status to customers.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, air lines for any related documents.
• Prepare monthly report of handled shipments to Supervisor/Operation Manager.
• Other jobs as required by Supervisor/Operation Manager.
