• Hold BA in TEFL or equivalent certificate
• Must have a minimum of two-year English teaching experience
• Be creative, energetic, outgoing with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills 
• Able to teach a variety of students and interact well with students, parents and colleagues
• Able to work independently and with a team

• Planning and preparing courses and lessons
• Analyzing student’s aptitude and teaching in accordance with the educational needs of students by assuring lessons are effectively delivered and timely finished 
• Assisting the students by writing student reports
• Assessing, recording and reporting on the development, progress and attainment of students
• Communicating and consulting with the parents of students
• Maintaining good order and discipline among students in accordance with school policies 
• Participating, if required, in planning staff development and performance review
• Performing other relevant and assigned teacher related tasks
