• Manage and responding all customer products by phone
• Answering and responding to customer’s general query through phone (payment, new business panther, product order, barista training service)
• Preparing product quotation for customer and related
• Providing accurate order from customers to company core billing systems
• Recording feedback or complain from customers to superior and related department
• Identifying and escalate issues to Technical department or superior
• Documenting all customer contact information according to standard operation procedures
• Follow up customer call where necessary
• Other duties as assigned.
