•  Good in verbal communication. English speaking is preferred
•  Ability to give full attention of what other people saying and to actively look for ways to help people
•  Ability to entry data into computer
•  Ability to use Word, Excel.

•  Obtains client information by answering telephone calls, interviewing clients, verifying information
•  Determines eligibility by comparing client information to requirements or eligibility
•  Informs clients by explaining procedures, answering questions, providing information
•  Interpret survey questions to help interviewee & comprehension
•  Encodes client information or compiles data from research or survey
•  Deal with unpleasant, angry individual through phone call
•  Identifies and resolves client's problem through phone call
•  Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions, participating in educational opportunities.
