Job Requirement :
|

Bachelor Degrees in management, marketing, insurance, statistics, or related field.

1-3 experience required

Computer literacy

Good command in English

Good understanding of regulatory requirement

Hardworking, pro-active, results oriented and creative

A strong team player who is able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Possess analytical, operation planning, control, monitoring, evaluation, communication, and coordination skills.

Job Duties :
|
|
|

Identify business opportunities for life insurance business
-
Identify sale opportunities for life insurance business
-
Design and create value propositions, marketing concept, sale tools for life business
-
Organize and conduct product launch briefing for bancassurance product
-
Organize and develop content to sales force/ bank staff/ corporate staff on new product/market information/regulatory changes etc.
-
Work together with Bank staff for sharing and monitor the sale result
-
Work closely with other department to achieve business goal.
-
Handle all queries from bank staff, IT, Finance &Account on life products.
-
Regular sales reporting for management.
