Founded in 1982, Chip Mong Group (CMG) is one of the largest diversified groups in Cambodia with businesses ranging from property development, beer and beverages, to manufacturing and distribution of building materials, concrete, and cement. • Hold bachelor’s degree in Economic, Business, Finance or a related field. Master’s degree is preferred.
• Have at least 5 years of experience in business and/or investment, or a related area
• Have knowledge of market research and analysis
• Possess knowledge of local and global market and economic trend
• Have knowledge of business models and strategy
• Have knowledge of finance
• Demonstrate advanced skill in Excel and PowerPoint
• Have strong presentation, written communications, and report-writing skills in English and Khmer
• Have strong interpersonal skills
• Have strong analytical and logical thinking skills
• Be able to work under pressure
• Be flexible to travel
• Be honest, responsible, proactive, and actively engaged in team work.

• Conduct market research to identify new and pertinent business opportunities for the organization
• Assess current and future business needs and priorities through communicating directly with customers, clients, business development manager(s), top management, and other relevant stakeholders
• Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
• Conduct meetings with current and prospective customers and clients
• Respond to inquiries made by clients about company products and services in a timely and professional manner
• Coordinate recruitment and selection of staff members to respond to the needs of the business development function
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Visit domestic markets and study in detail about the new market trend/new product developments
• Know competitive advancements and ensure scheduled tasks are being served regularly and do analysis on important factors to strengthen our business relationships
• Implement aggressive approach to develop new business ideas.
