Position: Brand Manager
Location: Phnom Penh

• A degree holder in Fine Arts Marketing, Communication or related discipline
• With a minimum of 5 years of management experience with sizable design agency or agency involved in providing creative solutions
• With relevant industries exposure and good working knowledge of multimedia and experience in managing multiple projects, priorities and deadlines are essential
• Proven ability to think conceptually about projects and brands and to develop and evolve over time creative processes.
• Knowledgeable of media technologies and experience in integrating social media to further enhance event experiences will be an asset.
• Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, understand Flash and having the ability to storyboard or translate ideas to designers and develop innovative motion graphics solutions
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams with people at all levels
• Self-motivated, creative, excited by challenge, and a good  team player with excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Khmer, understand other Asian language will be an added advantage

• To lead and develop creative programs and design concepts to meet the business objectives of the organization and enhance brand image
• To provide guidance on creative direction for the entire line of services and programs
• To be responsible for a mix of ATL, BTL and Digital Campaigns, from concept generation, execution, project management and post campaign analysis
• To collaborate with multiple project teams for the project implementation from concept to completion.
• Thorough understand interactive communications and delivery systems, processes, and user interface design as well as industry best practices
• To work with the strategy team and copywriters to continuously provide input for concepts and present to management
• To provide quality control over concepts and projects to ensure delivery within deadline
• To recruit and develop creative talent to support the long term of the creative development
