• Degree/diploma in Sales/Marketing or similar
• Experience in sales job; fresh graduates are welcome too
• Experience in controlling promotion team
• Good at mathematic/calculation
• Good communication and interpersonal skills 
• Hard working and can work under pressure
• Able to work at night
• Valid Driving License

• To supervise and guide Brand Ambassador that are under own supervision to ensure that the Brand Ambassador KPIs are achieved.
• To ensure that Brand Ambassador operational procedure/manual is applied accordingly, correctly and consistently.
• To transport Brand Ambassador to assigned place to ensure travelling is safely. 
• To be one of the panel for recruiting Brand Ambassador.
• To measure and evaluate the performance of Brand Ambassador.
• To implement the Brand Ambassador deployment in accordance to agreed deployment criteria.
• To motivate, coach and train Brand Ambassador to be professional promotion team.
• To handle internal and external objections/complains related to Brand Ambassador in the assigned area/region in a positive way.
• To support execution of the company promotional activities.
• To generate daily, weekly and monthly Brand Ambassador Sales reports in area/region.
• To ensure regular, timely and accurate reporting of individual Brand Ambassador Sales.
