• University degree in the field of Management / Marketing. An advanced degree is a plus.
• Three years’ experience in management with Telecom or ISP would be an advantage.
• Demonstrated success in profitably growing an industrial business.
• Good leadership and people management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively for business purpose.
• Willing to work under pressure and good team working skills.
• Self-driven and highly motivated individuals are most preferred.
• Possess excellent written, spoken and presentation skills in English. 
• Good interpersonal skills, customer and service oriented.

• Maintains customer and employee contact on the work area to ensure that quality service is being applied.
• Conducts performance evaluation of his or her team associates and encourages them to do better in the office.
• Creates a program that could help his or her associates in doing a better job and actively participates in it.
• Conducts daily sales and operation assessments and monitors every transaction made in the business.
• Ensures the growth of the business branch and is committed to its success.
• Send reports to the main branch and gives them updates of the business status.
• Determines and develops the annual budget for the daily expenses of the business branch.
• Drive profitable growth of company business through active management of a sales pipeline. Must be able to successfully turn opportunities into sales.
• Continuously assess market trends, technical developments and competitive environment.
