AMK Microfinance Institution Plc. is one of the largest microfinance institutions in Cambodia. AMK serves a large number of over 400,000 customers with more than 1,700 staffs nationwide.

• BBA in banking/finance, accounting, business or economics, preferably a specialized accounting degree.
• At least two years of experience of finance/account in the microfinance/banking/audit sector or as internal auditor is an advantage or more than 2 years’ experience of AMK staffs such as Credit Officers or about 3 years’ experience of others such as Client Officers in other MFIs.
• Good understanding of Cambodian and international accounting principles and standards.
• Good computer skills (i.e. Microsoft Office) and good understanding of CBS system or other specific MIS for MFIs.
• Ability to write timely, clear and concise reports on the findings.
• Fair written and spoken English, as well as communication and interpersonal skills.
• High motivation and ability to work without supervision and willing to change from 1 branch to another.

• Report to: Senior Internal Audit Officer.
• Prepare data collection and define sampling for the audit conduct and send to SIAO for review and approval.
• Conduct branch audit to ensure compliance by auditees relating to Credit, Saving, Transfer and cash management (surprise cash count).
• Provide immediate recommendation as the result of both the compliances, risk and operational audits
• Preparation of draft report on own findings and report to the Senior Internal Audit Officer
• Ensure constant capacity building and up-to-date of AMK’s performance
• Other tasks required by the HIA/DHIA/SIAO.
