•  At least Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields
•  3-5 years experiences in Operation Service, restaurant/ Hotel
•  Good communication skill & interpersonal skill
•  Strong creative thinking dynamic and teamwork
•  Understand store profit & loss
•  Good in English and computer literacy
•  Leadership, time management & self-motivation 

•  Manage teams in standardize to ensure customer service excellence in all aspects at all time
•  Achieve sales target and executing sales promotion plan
•  Cost control, expenditure as planned and budget planning
•  Coaching, supervise, planning and develop teams
•  Monitor and initiate strategy
•  Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures
•  K-eeping good records and ensuring everyone is accountable for their areas of responsibility
•  Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement
•  Undertaking general operation maintenance tasks
