• Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Mechanic or Electric
• Good knowledge of petroleum industry, operational practice, safety requirement and practices in the inventory stock control gain and loss
• Good command of English writing and speaking
• Valid driving license

• Reporting Line: Aviation Depot Manager
• Responsible for all aspect of operations activities including Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) matter, aviation depot operations, involve in personal development and training individual within the organization structure.
• Overall in-charge of refueling activities at the airfield and in the aviation depot operations. Perform refueling operations in professional and efficient ways in accordance with company’s objective.
• Coordinate with supervisor to perform maintenance and check of refuellers, trailer, vehicles.
• Read and be able to understand aviation refueling standard such as MOCQAT, JIG and airline manual; responsible for quality control checks of product in accordance to aviation refueling standard, refueling aircraft, loading or topping up refuellers and trailer in good quality and correct quantity, supervise stock inventory.
• Plan, implement, monitor, and continually improve the ISSSRS (safety management system) and ATI audit.
• Assist the depot manager to implement programs such as the Group HSEQ audits and reports, RAMSES software inputs, CMMS system, HSE and technical training program or projects, security improvement programs.
• Assist and play role as supervisor when there is a delegation in term of operation.
• Assist the depot manager to keep depot tidy and responsible for other tasks assigned by the depot manager.
