• Bachelor Degree in Sale and Marketing or any related field.
• Minimum 5 years Experience with Wine industry or hotel industry
• Able to manage team and lead them well.
• Good in using English Language
• Be honest and responsible, dependable, flexible and punctual.
• Strong commitment and result oriented
• Good communication skill

• Prepare, sales and marketing plan, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual plan.
• Develop sales and marketing plan
  Prepare reports to the general manager weekly, monthly and annually.
• Enhance relationships with new customers and maintaining existing customers
• Create and present any summons for General Manager, or to present or customer requirements
• Innovative outreach programs and marketing strategies to build company brand
• Pursue the development of both at national and international events
• Communication and coordination of private, state, and non-governmental organizations, especially Business to Business company to maintain and develop reputation of company
