Introduction :

Sokha Phnom Penh Hotel & Residence is strategically located on Street Keo Chenda, Phum 1, Sangkat Chroy Changva, Phnom Penh, Kingdom of Cambodia and will open on 4th and approximately 13 km from Phnom Penh International Airport. 

The hotel boasts 523 spacious rooms and 195 luxurious condominiums with starting category from 52 sqm to 318 sqm. 

An extensive range of guest facilities includes an All Day Dining-, Chinese-, Japanese-, Italian- and a Roof Top restaurant, spacious Lobby Lounge, Night Club and Karaoke facility, retail outlets, Spa, fitness centre and an outdoor swimming pool. 

Job Requirement :
  • Bachelor degree or in related field, is preferable
  • At least 4 years’ experience in Housekeeping in a 4 or 5 stars hotel 
  • Team management 
  • Proven Supervisory abilities
  • Strong Customer Relations skills 
  • Good oral communication skills, both verbal and written, for purposes of creating and using reports to Executive​ Housekeeper
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously 
  • Good organizational and administrative skills
  • Must have full knowledge of hotel’s procedures.
  • Superior time management and relationship building
  • Strong organization and follow-through skills
  • Able to work under pressure 
  • Good computer knowledge such as Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Job Duties :
  • Is committed is to provide and create a healthy, friendly and natural service by “Caring without compromise”.
  • Directs the Housekeeping department and utility services of all hotel guest rooms and public Areas
  • Contributes to the overall cleanliness of the hotel by maintaining organized and efficient Housekeeping and Laundry operation;
  • Scheduling and planning of all manpower needs, equipment and supply requirements for department 
  • Maintains accountability for the cost, utilization and performance of Team Member’s and equipment.
  • Maintains controls of Team Member’s uniforms and name tags, ensuring that they are in proper condition, worn at all times and readily available. 
  • Issues all supplies and equipment for cleaning of guest rooms and other areas in accordance with policy and procedures.
  • Maintains a 3 par inventory of linens
  • Maintains control of the lost and found log and reviews log with the Executive Housekeeper Manager on a monthly basis.
  • Maintains any other records as necessary to control the department
  • Conducts effective Team Member’s meeting and counseling sessions.
