Job Requirement :
|
|

Age : 25- 35 years

Gender : Male/Female
-
Education : At least Bachelor degree in Finance or other relevant fields
-
Pursuing CPA and/ or CFA qualification is a plus
-
Experience : At least 3 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance and audit
-
including corporate advisory, valuation, financial evaluations or
-
investment banking and financing. Experience in IPO project is a plus
-
Skill : Excellent communication and strong analytical and problem solving skills
-
Good interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
-
Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision
-
Computer literate and proficient in MS Office suite
-
English proficiency, knowledge of other languages is an asset
-
Knowledge of financial markets and applicable laws is preferred
-
Attitude : Motivated, detailed-oriented, committed, loyal, ethical and outgoing
-
Language : High English proficiency both oral and written
-
Computer : Ms Office, internet and Email

Job Duties :
|
|

Seeking as many as possible, businesses wishing to pursue IPO
-
Assist clients in IPO process
-
Build and maintain good relationship with clients to ensure satisfaction
-
Promote image of PPS
-
Maintain proper records obtained during the course of business
Deliverables
-
Companies sign contract with PPS related to IPO services
-
On time delivery of requested documents (report, business proposal etc.)
-
Maintain harmonious relationship with internal as well as external stakeholders
-
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and other laws and regulations
Main Responsibilities
-
Support corporate finance business, especially IPO project(s)
-
Responsible for assigned project(s) including mergers & Acquisitions, investment, mainly for IPO(s)
-
Implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and undestanding client's need
-
Maintains sales volume and Establishes sales objectives by forecasting annual target clients
-
Provide business consultation to potential companies in IPO process
-
Support the due diligence and documentation process
-
Research and analysis, including Financial Reports Analysis on potential companies
-
Obtain sound understanding of various industries and sectors
-
Prepare business proposal and/ or analysis to suit business case or client's need
-
Assist clients with review of internal control policies, structure of BOD and corporate governance
-
Assist clients in preparation of disclosure documents, registration with the SECC and CSX
-
Stay on the top of new policies, regulations and laws
-
Attend public consultation meeting, seminars and trainings as required
-
Liaison with auditors, lawyers and other partner(s) on behalf of clients
