• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

• Receive Document in-out with operations department and another related department
• Organize/Coordinate the meeting and take minutes of meeting within operations Department
• Filling, Copying, Scan and print documents
• Assist Operations director in general work administration such as stationary request, follow up job with all team leader supervisor and or manager, arrange PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) for new staff, worker in operations department, records and report.
• Do other task as assign by immediate supervisor/manager.
