As a matter of fact, due to the growing and expanding operation, currently we are seeking for many qualified and talented candidates to fill the following vacant positions. 

Job Requirement :
  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources, or other relevant fields;
  •  At least 1 year of working experience;
  •  Computer literacy especially MS Office;
  •  Good oral and written both Khmer and English;
  •  Good negotiation, communication, interpersonal, and problem solving skills;
  •  Be detail oriented, friendly, flexible, honest, hard-working and able to work under pressure.

Working Days and Hours

  • Monday to Saturday: 8:00am to 12:00pm & 1:00pm to 5:00pm
  • Lunch time: 12:00pm to 1:00pm

Work place

  • Assistant to HR and Operations Director is based in Head office of Borey Peng Huoth , the department of HR and Operations.

Relationship

  • Assistant to HR and Operations Director works closely and reports directly to HR and Operations Director.

Job Duties :

Scope of working:

  • Assistant to HR and Operations Director is responsible to assist HR and Operations Director by performing clerical and secretarial duties.

Duties & responsibilities:

  •  Arrange and check day to day documents and other contracts;
  •  Assist with day to day operations of HR and Operations functions;
  •  Provide clerical and administrative supports;
  •  Interpret and translate documents;
  •  Organize business itineraries, travel arrangements, conferences, meetings and social functions;
  •  Other tasks assigned by Director.
