Japan Mine Action Service (JMAS) is seeking a Cambodian candidate to fill the role as an Assistant to Explosive Remnants of War (ERW) Project Manager. The position will be based in Kampong Chhnang Province. Start date of working will be in the middle of November 2014.

• Bachelor degree of MIS (Management Information System).
• Understanding on Mine/ERW operational activities in Cambodia ( Preferable)
• Good team player and interpersonal skill
• 2 years of experiences in sound computer skill
• Advanced computer user knowledge of networks, hardware, and software package GIS, database and web site development desirable.
• Basic oral and written communication skills in English.

• To assist the Project manager for applied updating the situation on Mine/ERW database in weekly and monthly basic.
• Prepare Monthly productivity progress report and analysis of data output.
• To develop and manage the database system to keep all operation resulted.
• To record, manage and maintenance all information and data entry of Mines and ERW found into the database systems.
• Ability to design and create pictures for narrative report.
• Manage the Email Server and Network System and virus definitive update.
• Responsible for computer maintenance (Software and Hardware) to ensure effective date to use in the organization.
• Other tasks assigned by Project manager  

First contract is three months probationary period. After the probationary period is finished, JMAS will extend contract depend on job performance.
