•Work with operations to determine their strategic training needs. Develop plans and strategies to address their current and future needs
•Develop annual budget for learning & development
•Developing strategic and operational plans, managing execution and measuring result
•Plans and manages business unit and department processes and practices to ensure that programs are aligned with company business goals and objectives
•Consult with appropriate stakeholders regarding training needs to meet business objectives.
•Develop implementation strategies to ensure that training initiatives are met and work with management to ensure that course materials are current and relevant to training needs.
•Coordinate delivery of training programs. Conduct, facilitate and market training programs and support field management in execution. As well as administer the training program calendar, including training classes, workshops and trainer certifications.
•Track and analyze training programs by examining learner's satisfaction levels, proficiency testing, and job performance. Implements suggestions for improvements. Measure the impact of training programs on business results.
•Manages the design and implementation of a performance evaluation and feedback system to measure the effectiveness of training programs that meet or improve business objectives.
•Manages, markets, conducts and facilitates the delivery of training programs and processes Supports others in implementation and ensures consistency, accuracy and quality of training.
•Oversees performance of gap analysis between current performance and business goals and requirements
