• 02 - Assistant Human Resource Manager

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management and or related field
• Minimum experience of 2 years in Human Resource Management job
• Honest, highly responsible and reliable
• Good computer literacy (Internet and Email, Ms. Word, Excel).
• Ability to manage multi-tasks.
• Good communicator, and possess strong decision-making skills.
• Good team player
• Good writing and speaking in English and Fluent in Khmer
• Able to work independently or as a team
• Good integrity, positive attitude, helpful, high commitment, competence and motivation.

• Assist in translate the forms from English to Khmer and input the forms in to Khmer version
• Assist HRM in the process of staff yearly performance appraisal
• Assist HRM in providing services on staff probationary confirmation to all respective department heads
• Assist HRM in delivering information and memos to all departments
• Responsible in job announcement preparation and placing
• Assist in the recruitment process from interview to employment and be involved in improving and maintaining current processes.
• Assist with Staff orientation for all new recruits
• Coordinate with all departments regarding recruitment, service performance and staff exit
• Provide a monthly report on all staff movement
• Assist HRM in internal staff issues
• Other duties as per assigned by the management
