Job Requirement :
  •  Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
  •  At least 3 years’ working experience in the same position
  •  Management and Leadership skills

  •  Ability to deal with different people in a professional manner
  •  Ability to manage multi-tasks with effective and efficient results

Job Duties :

** Human Resource

  •  Assist in developing HR policies and procedures and ensure that all policies are well communicated and implemented. 
  •  Manage staff recruitment and selection procedure to ensure that it process is followed by the company policy.
  •  Assist in interviewing and hiring of PPSEZ staffs as well as staffs requested from tenants.
  •  Establish and maintain contacts with external recruitment sources.
  •  Conduct a quarterly workers’ salary survey and send a report to the management.
  •  Conduct a monthly survey on the number of workers in all companies within the zone and send a report to the management. 
  •  Communicate company’s code of conduct, internal rules and regulations to employees on a regular basis.
  •  Renew and update the company insurance matter and handle the insurance claim.
  •  Administer employee leave entitlement and update leave record accordingly.
  •  Ensures medical records are maintained in a separate, secure and confidential medical file.
  •  Handle staff related accident and others related claim whenever necessary to insurance company or NSSF.
  •  Assist in handling any matters with local authorities regarding HR & Admin in the company
  •  Ensure that all employees are cross trained to support daily operations.
  •  Do other tasks assigned by direct manager.

** Administration 

  •  Lead the admin team to manage the site administration work properly. 
  •  Ensure the landscaping work is properly managed. 
  •  Manage all cooks, cleaners and drivers to do their tasks effectively and efficiently. 
  •  Lead subordinates to ensure the dormitory and canteen operations are properly managed. 
  •  Work closely with outsider to ensure that garbage is collected on a daily. 
  •  Monitor the log book for any vehicles to ensure the only business use and analyze the appropriate fuel usage and maintenance cost. 
  •  Ensure that all stationery, officer supplies, bathroom accessories and other equipment are properly managed with effective cost saving. 
  •  Lead the admin team to ensure the smoothness of admin work. 
  •  Assist in communicating with tenants regarding new notice, announcements or other related information.
  •  Do other tasks assigned by direct manager.
