Tai Heng Industry Co., Ltd. has been established since 1996 which was one of the earliest color roofing sheet manufacturing companies that were set up the kingdom of Cambodia. Today, equipped with modern machinery and technology both from Taiwan, TH is producing a wide range of construction steel products including high quality pre-painted galvanized and zinc column roofing sheets for all kind of shape and sizes, C-channels, C line, V Line, T line, plastic corrugated sheet transparent with UV protection and all kinds of steel pipes, in order to meet the growing demand of the construction market especially roofing sector. We are seeking for qualified candidate to fill the position as below:

• Fresh Bachelor Degree of Human Resource or related field.
• At least 1 Years experiences in HR Department
• Good at problem solving, communication, and negotiating skills-
• Hard working person, loyalty.
• Willing to work under pressure.
• Be self-confident, self-motivated.
• Microsoft office (World, excel, internet & Email)
• Good at speaking and writing in English.

• Prepared and maintain employment contract, letter of appointment, confirmation and related human resource and admin document.
• Maintain staff’s profile and related document.
• Prepare monthly staff attendance.
• Solving problem when conflict happened.
• Coordinate with all departments.
• Conduct orientation and employee’s introduction for new staffs and workers.
• Control cleaner, chef and food for staff and workers.
• Other task assigned by supervisor.
