Job Requirement :
  • A comprehensive understanding of the strategies and plans and the implementation is fairly good
  • Effective and good management of material and respect of brand portfolio strategy
  • Ability to analyze and interpret a broad range of trade and consumers data in order to develop and implement Trade Marketing activities and strategies
  • Good management of the team and human resources and financial planning to be meliorate
  • Do manage the Trade Marketing Development (TMD) strategy and contribute to the development and the implementation of the strategy and planning process
  • Analytical ability and quick solving problems with negotiation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Leadership skills
  • Holding a driving license
  • Willing to be based in provinces
Job Duties :
  • Develop and implement a trade coverage plan for the area
  • Ensure that objectives in terms of availability, visibility, volume and customer price of
  • Products are achieved for the area
  • Develop and implement an area operational plan in line with the regional operational plan
  • Coordinate implementation of brand and trade programmes in the area, quickly reacting against competitive threats if necessary
  • Consolidate data gathered by area team to ensure that Regional Manager is fully informed at all times
  • Keep Trade Marketing Development (TMD) Executives and Representatives fully informed with necessary trade information for their planning and implementation
  • Ensure that internal control procedures are followed to ensure a smooth and transparent Trade Marketing Development (TMD) operation and implementation of trade programmes in the area
  • Manage the productivity & cost optimization of the area (trade spend effectiveness in the area)
  • Manage, train, inform and motivate the Trade Marketing Development (TMD) Executive and Representative in order to deliver trade marketing and distribution activities that are superior to the competition
  • Coach and develop the team to perform well
  • Exploit gap analysis and improve own areas of development
  • Develop trade relation and increase partners
  • Ensure a win-win relationship with the trade
  • Build a good relationship with Distributor
  • Propose goals and KPIs for the programmes implemented in the area and track ongoing results
  • Generate/ gather ideas from customers and consumers in order to enhance and customise trade programmes.
