We are looking for qualified and dynamic candidate for the position of AREA SALES MANAGER (1 Position) and Services Technician (1 Position) based in Phnom Penh.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Sales
• At least 3 year experience in business and sales in FMCGs is a plus
• Honest and Hard working
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Good command in English
• Computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet and Email

• Responsible to achieving target as per BP commitments
• Communicate with distributor owner and monitor distribution KPI’s, and implement action plan if necessary
• Train and Develop team 100% against development plan
• Identified gaps per competency, do OJT with the team
• Manage the team to implement merchandising as standard
• Maintain and develop accounts as per CCS/CBC requirements
• Update the daily and monthly activities report to Regional Sales Manager
