Area Sale Manager

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economic, or other relevant education background
• Minimum 4 years working experience in Sales; preferably incumbents from Construction and/or Architectural background
• Astute business acumen with excellent negotiation skills, interpersonal skills, and social network
• Highly committed and willing to work at irregular working hour; expect to travel internationally and domestically extensively
• Excellent command in spoken and written English is essential

Site Manager

• Degree in civil engineering, structural engineering, QS…
• At least 5 years Experience in site work – Roofing experience as well as working in projects related to steel structures would be a plus.
• Must be fluent in English (Speaking and writing)
• Previous experiences as a project & site manager and related to construction project be a plus.
• Work at project site and be permanently stationed at the project site during the project schedule, when requested by the management team
• Attend meetings and REPORT to the management team with minute of the meeting report
• To be a have a positive attitude, team player and able to handle multi task
• To have strong social skills and MANAGE team and staff when required
• Must be honest, healthy and able to face challenges

Accountant

• Bachelor degree in Accounting and Finance
• At least 1 year experience in accounting department.
• Can work under pressure and can go to the bank often.
• Good with excel and QuickBooks
• Can work multi tasks

Area Sale Manager

• Head of Sales & Retail Department
• Accountable for Profit & Loss of the company via B2C and B2B channels; creative and effective Sales Strategies, etc
• Suggest business expansion, extra revenues, or other business channels to increase profitability
