WaterSHED is a local non-governmental organization (NGO) headquartered in Cambodia. WaterSHED engages local enterprises and government in the development of sustainable market-based approaches that empower households to be active and informed consumers of water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH) products and services. Direct assistance provided by WaterSHED encompasses areas of technical support such as business training and marketing support, research and design of new products and water supply schemes, and product quality assurance. Furthermore, WaterSHED also provides research and assistance related to social, behavioral, business, and financial aspects of implementation activities.

•  University Degree in business and marketing or other relevant qualification
•  Proven experience in management, business development, marketing, data entry and analysis or related fields
•  Proven experience in:
  •  Project management, and financial management
  •  Team motivation and building
  •  Training and capacity building
  •  Negotiation and leadership
  •  Sale and Marketing tools
  •  Data collection tools, data tracking and reporting and project evaluation
  •  Communication with government
•  Familiarity with modern technology and communication
•  Fluency in Khmer, oral and written
•  Driver’s license and demonstrated driving experience

•  Leadership for the success of the WASH-Marketing project and Civic Champions Project
•  Management of the provincial implementation budget
•  Ensuring adequate logistics and operations support for field teams in assigned province
•  Implementation performance: monitoring and analysis of program progress and performance, and continuously improving operations using incremental and innovative solutions
•  Data management and quality control: 
• o provide necessary data to the data center in Phnom Penh
• o ensure accurate collection of program performance data by the field teams and assist the 
•  Create training curricula for project staff and participating suppliers in the province and leadership training and mentor support to civic leaders (Commune Councilors). Facilitator Specialists with monitoring of key performance indicators
•  Supply chain development: lead provincial team to strengthen the supply chain of private sector actors for sustainable outcomes
•  Administration: various administrative tasks in English and Khmer as required
•  External representation: Assist to build and maintain strong working relationships with sector players in assigned province
•  Undertake other duties as required
